What is The CLOUDe?
The CLOUDe is a premium car fragrance system created to elevate the everyday drive. Our reusable vent diffuser pairs with interchangeable fragrance cores, bringing refined fragrance into your car without replacing the diffuser each time your scent needs a refresh.
How is The CLOUDe different from a traditional car air freshener?
The CLOUDe was designed as a fragrance system rather than a disposable car freshener. A reusable, understated diffuser holds interchangeable fragrance cores, giving you the freedom to refresh your fragrance or change scents while keeping the same diffuser.
How does The CLOUDe diffuser work?
Place one fragrance core inside the diffuser, close it securely and clip The CLOUDe onto your vehicle's air vent. Airflow through the vent helps diffuse the fragrance throughout your car. Adjust your vehicle's airflow to suit your preferred fragrance intensity.
Is The CLOUDe diffuser reusable?
Yes. The diffuser was designed to stay with you. When your fragrance begins to soften, simply replace the fragrance core rather than replacing the diffuser.
THE FRAGRANCE
How long does each fragrance core last?
Each fragrance core provides approximately 7–10 days of fragrance. Longevity can vary with temperature, airflow, driving frequency and conditions inside your vehicle.
Is the fragrance strong?
The CLOUDe is designed to create a noticeable yet refined fragrance experience. Intensity can vary depending on vehicle size, temperature and airflow, and can be adjusted using your vehicle's vent airflow.
What fragrances are available?
The CLOUDe currently offers three signature fragrances:

Which fragrance should I choose?
Choose BLANC if you gravitate toward clean, soft scents. SANTAL is warmer and grounded, with amber and woods. AZURE is fresh, bright and coastal. If you can't decide, the Discovery Set lets you experience all three.
Can I change fragrances?
Absolutely. The CLOUDe diffuser works with interchangeable fragrance cores, so you can change your fragrance whenever the mood—or the journey—changes.
THE SYSTEM
What comes with the CLOUDe Diffuser Starter Kit?
The $65 CAD Starter Kit includes one reusable CLOUDe vent diffuser and three fragrance cores in your choice of BLANC, SANTAL or AZURE.
How do CLOUDe refills work?
Keep your diffuser and refresh the fragrance. Each $22 CAD refill contains five fragrance cores in your choice of BLANC, SANTAL or AZURE.

What comes with the Discovery Set?
The Discovery Set includes six fragrance cores — two each of BLANC, SANTAL and AZURE — so you can experience the full fragrance collection. A diffuser is not included.

Is shipping included?
Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on all Canadian orders. U.S. shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Where does The CLOUDe ship?
The CLOUDe currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.
What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance cores are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll work with you to make it right.
